Justice Trevor Ward QC not impressed at all with all the delays on the path of Attorney General Hon. Vincent Byron's Chambers and REQUESTS PROOF as to whether travel documents were really lost and as to why arrangements can't be made for the Police Constable to travel in on Temporary Emergency Documents to finish the case.

Reverend Khrystus Wallace's Attorney Lawyer Marsha Henderson stated that the Police Corporal's evidence was CRUCIAL to securing an OPTIMUM WIN for her client Reverend Khrystus Wallace so he doesn't mind waiting.

Attorney General Hon. Vincent Byron's Lawyer then informed Justice Trevor Ward QC that Commisioner of Police Ian Queeley was collaborating with President Donald Trump's United States of America Government - St. Thomas USVI Police Commissioner to make final arrangements for his corporal to give his side of the story.

Justice Trevor Ward QC then addressed Reverend Khrystus Wallace and told him since his Attorney has indicated that the Police Corporal's Evidence is Crucial to securing a win for his case, he would again allow Attorney General Hon. Vincent Byron Chambers a few more days to ready themselves.

He is to square off with Superintendent Charles Smithen, (Former Head of The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force Criminal Investigation Division) 1st Defendant and Attorney General Hon Vincent Byron (2nd Defendant) as he makes his case that he was wrongfully arrested and detained for 6 months at Her Majesty's Prison from Monday, 27th May, 2013 to Friday, 6th December, 2013 for writing an article criticizing Former Prime Minister Dr The Right Honorable Denzil Douglas, Leader of The St. Kitts - Nevis Labour Party and longest serving Prime Minister of St. Kitts - Nevis and the Caribbean (recognized by The Queen of England) and posting it on FACEBOOK and emailing globally. 

Superintendent Charles Smithen deemed that the article was SEDITIOUS with an intent to make the economy of St. Kitts - Nevis unstable and arrested the then 26 year old Reverend from Boyds - Trinity Parish - St. Kitts. Reverend Khrystus is claiming that such an irresponsible arrest and notrocious police behavior caused his character to be defamed, his money making tools of trade to be destroyed and loss of income and business for 2 years during all the time of this unfortunate ordeal.
