31 year old Reverend Khrystus Wallace, Founder and President of KVK Enterprises - www.kvklives.com, Dare 2 Be Different International - www.daretobedifferentskn.com and The Blazing Star Movement - www.theblazingstarmovement.com and Dr William Connor Primary School Class of 1998 and Verchilds High School Class of 2002 Graduant (CLAIMANT) arrives at The Sir Lee L Moore Judicial Complex in Basseterre, St. Kitts.
He is to square off with Superintendent Charles Smithen, (Former Head of The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force Criminal Investigation Division) 1st Defendant and Attorney General Hon Vincent Byron (2nd Defendant) as he makes his case that he was wrongfully arrested and detained for 6 months at Her Majesty's Prison from Monday, 27th May, 2013 to Friday, 6th December, 2013 for writing an article criticizing Former Prime Minister Dr The Right Honorable Denzil Douglas, Leader of The St. Kitts - Nevis Labour Party and longest serving Prime Minister of St. Kitts - Nevis and the Caribbean (recognized by The Queen of England) and posting it on FACEBOOK and emailing globally.
Superintendent Charles Smithen deemed that the article was SEDITIOUS with an intent to make the economy of St. Kitts - Nevis unstable and arrested the then 26 year old Reverend from Boyds - Trinity Parish - St. Kitts. Reverend Khrystus is claiming that such an irresponsible arrest and notrocious police behavior caused his character to be defamed, his money making tools of trade to be destroyed and loss of income and business for 2 years during all the time of this unfortunate ordeal.
