Attorney General Hon. Vincent Byron Chambers files EMERGENCY PAPERS to get their last KEY WITNESS Constable Audain to give his evidence via Video Link from St. Thomas USVI as he couldn't get him to travel into The Federation as he has claimed he lost his passport.

Justice Trevor Ward QC makes WRITTEN ORDER and gives Attorney General Hon. Vincent Byron Chambers a few days to get their ACT TOGETHER and report back to The High Court on their progress so he can bring an end to the ongoing case and PASS HIS JUDGEMENT
