Since 28 year old Reverend Khrystus V. K. Wallace, popular preacher, businessman and Founder and Leader of The Blazing Star Movement Political Party - www.theblazingstarmovement.com was savagely arrested under the former Prime Minister Dr. Denzil L. Douglas St. Kitts - Nevis Labour Party Administration on alleged Seditious Publication charges, then thrown into jail for some six (6) months by The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force, with bail being denied all that time until the Learned Justice Ramdhani landed on St. Kitts and was appointed High Court Judge, hundreds of persons locally, regionally and internationally have been condemning the actions of the St. Kitts - Nevis Police privately, at bar shops, street corners, in buses, offices and everywhere.

One such person who couldn't hold their silence anymore is People's Action Movement Alicia Powell, mother of the learned Lawyer Jonel Powell, who gave The Honourable Marcella Liburd of the St. Kitts - Nevis Labour party a scare of her life with a brilliant first time showing at the polls.

In a facebook post, PAM's Al Powell said:

The Government should have no control over the Police. Therefore I suggest that the Police High Command throw this case to the wind and withdraw the case. Excuse the term but it is damn nonsense! We must be free to express ourselves and criticize any Government, Prime Minister (without threats)!

Senior Magistrate Josephine Mallelieu-Webbe, on Tuesday of this week denied The Director of Public Prosecution's request for a further three (3) months to prepare for the case and ordered that Brother Khrystus' DISCLOSURE be filed at her office and at the chambers of Brother Khrystus' Lawyer Sir Nassibou Butler by Friday, 24th April, 2015.

The Learned Magistrate Mallelieu questioned the D.P.P as to whether or not after some two years, they were now seemingly still FISHING  FOR  EVIDENCE to prosecute Mr. Wallace after he already spent some six months behind bars with his bail being denied all that time.

The Learned Magistrate further suggested in open court that the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police should have had all their evidence together before making such an arrest.

The world patiently waits to hear the conclusion of the whole matter.
