I love gospel ministry and I
love the work I do for God a lot and you know that I love being plain and frank
too. Right? Pastors give out so much when they talk or write and sometimes a
little affirmation goes a long way to encourage him or her to keep going.
Affirmation is basically saying that you are blessed by a particular word.
While a pastor's job is to pray, share the Bible and encourage, many Pastors are
going through hells and devils in their personal life, family life, job etc and no one knows because they always seem so
happy. I know that personally.
Love and encourage your pastor as much as you
can. Not just with your mouth. But with a hug at times or a little gift or a
$20 or $100 or $1000. Not for the offering plate but for his or her hand
because they can't take the stress of their congregations and their problems.
Pastors globally are resigning and committing suicide and having their husbands
and wives divorce them because they spend too much time doing church work. Love
and support your pastor. Despite our faults, we do an amazing job keeping the
globe going and spiritually empowered.
